Our assets are concentrated in the Marcellus and Haynesville Shales, which are located in the Appalachian and Haynesville Basins, which are among the most productive and lowest-cost U.S. natural gas basins.1 Upon completion of the offering, we will own the largest, high-quality publicly traded natural gas mineral portfolio in the United States.2 As a mineral and royalty business, we do not pay any drilling-related capital expenditures and only minimal operating expenses on our properties. This results in a high-margin business and allows us to distribute a meaningful portion of our cash flow to investors, while providing them with potential for significant capital appreciation over time.
