Features & access

What Can I Use with SPACSTAR?

The content available to you depends on your access level. Here is a concise overview of content, time periods, and personal saving features.

What can I see as a guest?

You can explore current news, calendar dates, events, and SEC filings within limited time periods without an account.

What does a free account include?

A free account extends the available time periods and lets you use watchlists and save individual news items.

What content does Pro unlock?

Pro includes the complete available period, every article in full, additional news categories, early-stage SPAC deals, and expanded watchlists.

What are early-stage SPAC deals?

These are early transaction stages such as letters of intent (LOIs) and definitive agreements. This content is included with Pro.

Which periods are available in the calendar, events, and SEC filings?

Guests see short recent periods, free accounts cover up to several previous months, and Pro includes the complete available period plus available future calendar dates and events. See the exact limits on the pricing page.

Which news and articles can I read?

Free articles can be read in full. Without Pro, Pro articles only show a short preview; Pro unlocks every available article in full.

How do watchlists work?

Use buttons marked with W to add companies to one or more watchlists. You can then use those watchlists as filters in overviews and edit them under Manage Watchlists.

How do I save individual news items or highlights?

Use the icon to save individual news items or highlights. You can find saved items again with the heart filter or under “My Likes.”

How long are companies tracked after an IPO or merger?

Up to 3 months for guests, up to 6 months with a free account, and across the complete available period with Pro.

Can I identify Pro content in the overviews?

Partly. Pro content and additional categories may already be visible in overviews; without Pro, only the released portion or a preview is available.

Pro, pricing & payment

Choose Pro and Pay Securely

Pro is available with monthly or annual billing. Paddle securely handles payments, payment details, and invoices.

Monthly

USD 15 per month

Billed monthly

How much does Pro cost?

Pro costs USD 15 with monthly billing or USD 120 with annual billing. The annual plan works out to USD 10 per month.

Is monthly and annual billing available?

Yes. You choose either the monthly or annual Pro plan.

How do I choose Pro?

First, create a free account. You can then select the monthly or annual Pro plan on the Membership page.

When does my Pro access begin?

Your Pro access begins as soon as the payment has been successfully processed and the membership has been activated.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are handled by Paddle. Checkout shows the common payment methods available for your country, currency, and device, such as credit and debit cards, PayPal, or supported digital wallets.

Does SPACSTAR store my payment details?

No. SPACSTAR does not store your payment details. Payment processing and the required payment information are handled securely by Paddle.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. After a successful payment, Paddle sends you a confirmation with a downloadable invoice. The transaction includes a reference to SPACSTAR.

What happens if a payment fails?

Paddle first marks the payment as past due and retries the charge. You may be able to update your payment method. If the payment is not recovered within the recovery period, the Pro membership ends and your account returns to free access.

Management & cancellation

Manage Your Membership

Learn how renewals, payment details, plan changes, and cancellation work—and what happens to your account afterward.

Does Pro renew automatically?

Yes. Pro renews automatically according to your selected monthly or annual billing cycle until you cancel the membership.

Where can I see my current plan?

You can find your current plan and the available management options on the Membership page.

How do I update my payment details?

Update your payment details directly in the Paddle Customer Portal. You can find your personal access link in the emails and payment receipts Paddle sends for your SPACSTAR membership. If you can no longer find the link, contact Paddle Buyer Support.

How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?

First, end your current plan. After the already paid billing period expires, you can subscribe to the other billing cycle from the Membership page.

How can I cancel?

Start the cancellation from the Membership page, where you can manage your active Pro membership.

How long does Pro remain active after cancellation?

Your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It will not renew again afterward.

What happens to my free account afterward?

Your account remains in place and automatically returns to free access when Pro ends. You do not need to register again.

Will my watchlists and saved news remain after cancellation?

Yes. Your watchlists, saved companies, and heart-marked news remain linked to your account. If your existing items exceed a free-account limit, you cannot add more until you are within the free limit again or reactivate Pro.
