Nürtingen, Germany - ADS-TEC Energy PLC (NASDAQ: ADSE), a global leader in battery-based energy storage and fast-charging systems, announced its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2026.

Financial and Operational Overview

During the first half of 2026, ADS-TEC Energy reported total revenue of 7.4 million, compared to 14.6 million in the first half of 2025. The company maintained stable recurring service revenue of 4.5 million. Operating loss improved to 26.3 million from 30.0 million in the previous year, driven by lower costs across nearly every expense category. Net cash used in operating activities also improved significantly to 18.7 million.

First Half 2026 Highlights

• C&I battery storage scaled rapidly, contributing to an order backlog of 20.3 million as of June 30, 2026.
• The 1 GW / 4 GWh SKM storage project in southern Germany advanced toward implementation, receiving general grid connection commitment.
• Own & Operate model showed encouraging performance across 17 operational sites, demonstrating profitability and high system availability.
• Targeted investments were made in the next generation of battery-buffered charging systems, scheduled for release in early summer 2027.
