Aeromexico Wins Court Decision on Aeromexico-Delta ATI
Mexico City, Mexico, August 20, 2026 - Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: AERO; BMV: AERO) announced that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit ruled in favor of Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines, Inc. The court vacated the U.S. Department of Transportation's order that previously terminated approval of the Aeromexico-Delta joint venture and its antitrust immunity.
