Agility Robotics and Churchill Capital Corp XI Complete Business Combination
SALEM, Ore., USA - Agility Robotics, Inc. announced the completion of its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI, a special purpose acquisition company. The combined company will operate as Agility Robotics, Inc.
Following the closing of the transaction, the common stock and warrants of Agility Robotics are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbols AGLT and AGLTW.

- Existing Agility shareholders rolled 100 percent of their equity into the combined company
