AMC Robotics Announces Strategic Investment in Etronium AI to Advance Agentic Edge AI
New York, NY - AMC Robotics Corporation (Nasdaq: AMCI) announced a strategic investment in Etronium AI, a company specializing in agentic AI frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) workflows. The investment was completed via two Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFEs) finalized in April and May 2026.
This partnership is designed to strengthen AMC Robotics' internal development capabilities. By enabling AI systems to interact directly with physical hardware, the company aims to bridge the gap between simulation and real-world deployment. This integration is expected to accelerate product development cycles for AMC's proprietary platforms, including the Kyro quadruped robot and the NovaArm warehouse logistics system.
Key Performance Gains:
- 30-50 percent reduction in time-to-prototype.
- 40-60 percent reduction in integration effort.
- 30-50 percent fewer debug and diagnosis iterations.
Etronium AI, co-founded by Duke University professors Hai Li and Tingjun Chen, provides a platform that allows AI agents to manage firmware, build hardware skill libraries, and monitor system behavior in real time. This capability is viewed as a strategic advantage for AMC as it expands its operations across industrial, security, and commercial markets.
