AMC Robotics Opens Vietnam Facility for NovaArm Production

New York, USA - AMC Robotics Corporation (Nasdaq: AMCI), a provider of AI-driven robotics solutions, has announced the signing of a lease agreement for a 6,150-square-meter manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. This strategic move establishes a long-term production hub in Southeast Asia, aimed at supporting the company's scalable manufacturing capabilities.

The new facility will be operated by the company's wholly owned subsidiary, AMCV Company Limited. Operations are slated to focus on the production of the NovaArm robotic arm, which is designed for high-load, high-precision applications such as warehouse sorting and industrial automation. Initial production is targeted to commence in the second half of 2026.

Investment and Expansion Details

• Investment: Approximately US$3.5 million allocated for build-out and equipping through Phase 1.
• Strategic Focus: Implementation of standardized production lines, precision assembly, and automated end-of-line testing.
• Future Outlook: The infrastructure is designed to support not only NovaArm but also future products, including the Kyro quadruped robotic dog, by integrating hardware and AI software into a unified platform.

By localizing manufacturing in a competitive-cost region, AMC Robotics intends to improve unit economics and establish a foundation for efficient growth as production volumes increase.
