George Town, Cayman Islands - AMR Resources Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: AMACU) has successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO), raising a total of $260 million. The company issued 26,000,000 units priced at $10.00 each, a figure that includes the partial exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
The units began trading on the Global Market tier of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol AMACU on July 17, 2026. Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant allowing the holder to purchase a Class A ordinary share for $11.50.
