The ongoing multicenter Phase 1 study evaluated ARR-217 in 123 heavily pretreated patients with gastrointestinal malignancies. Data showed strong anti-tumor activity, particularly in colorectal cancer patients, and the therapy demonstrated a manageable safety profile.

Key Highlights

  • Disease control rate of 93.1 percent at the 6 mg/kg dose.
  • Generally well-tolerated safety profile with common adverse events being Grade 1 or 2.

ArriVent has advanced ARR-217 into a Phase 1b dose optimization study at doses of 5 and 6 mg/kg, with further data expected in 2027.
