Beta Bionics Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Irvine, Calif. - Beta Bionics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBNX), a developer of advanced diabetes management solutions, today released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported significant revenue growth, driven primarily by the rapid expansion of its Pharmacy Benefit Plan (PBP) channel.

Financial Highlights

  • Net sales reached $32.0 million, representing a 38 percent increase compared to $23.2 million in the same quarter of 2025.
  • DME Channel: Net sales were $20.4 million, up 9 percent from the previous year.
  • PBP Channel: Net sales saw substantial growth, hitting $11.6 million, an increase of 153 percent year-over-year.
  • Margins: Gross margin improved to 59.0 percent, up 524 basis points from 53.8 percent in the second quarter of 2025.

2026 Guidance and Strategic Updates

Beta Bionics maintained its full-year revenue outlook, estimating total revenue between $131 million and $136 million. The company updated its full-year gross margin expectation to a range of 58.5 percent to 59.5 percent.

Strategically, the company initiated enrollment for a pivotal trial of the iLet device in adults with type 2 diabetes in the U.S., with plans to expand indications by mid-2027. Additionally, the company is on track to fully commercialize its Mint patch pump by the end of the second quarter of 2027, contingent on regulatory clearance.
