Boost Run Completes Business Combination and Prepares for Nasdaq Listing
Northbrook, Ill. and New York - Boost Run, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRUN) has officially announced the completion of its business combination with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. The transaction successfully strengthened the company balance sheet with gross proceeds of $134.5 million, as no redemptions were submitted from the Willow Lane trust account.
The company, which provides scalable AI cloud infrastructure and high performance compute solutions, is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol BRUN on May 11, 2026. The platform supports enterprise workloads through GPU compute, CPU nodes, managed Kubernetes, and shared storage, all while maintaining SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO certifications.
