Boost Run Receives $45 Million from Public Warrant Exercises
Northbrook, Illinois and New York, USA - Boost Run, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRUN), a provider of AI cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions, has announced that it secured approximately $45 million in gross cash proceeds from the exercise of its public warrants.
Since the closing of its business combination on May 8, 2026, the company has seen the exercise of roughly 4.0 million of its 11.47 million total public warrants. This activity has successfully reduced the warrant overhang, leaving approximately 7.5 million warrants outstanding.
