Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL) has officially announced the successful completion of its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. (formerly NASDAQ: FGMC). Following stockholder approval secured on June 9, 2026, the combined entity is now a publicly traded company.
