Raleigh, NC - Cardinal Infrastructure Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CDNL) released its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, highlighting significant growth and an upward revision of its full-year 2026 guidance. The company demonstrated strong performance across its core markets, bolstered by its vertical integration model and recent acquisitions, including A.L. Grading Contractors (ALGC).
Jeremy Spivey, Chairman and CEO of Cardinal, noted that the company achieved an all-time high in backlog and successfully integrated ALGC, which has already contributed to project momentum. The firm remains optimistic about its bidding environment and M&A pipeline.

2026 Guidance Update
Based on the strong start to the year and solid visibility, the company has raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of 675 million to 685 million dollars, up from the previous range of 665 million to 678 million dollars. The company also maintains an Adjusted EBITDA margin target of 20 percent or higher.
