New York, New York, USA - Catalyst Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: CATLU) has officially announced the successful closing of its initial public offering (IPO), securing $200 million in gross proceeds. The company issued 20 million units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The offering, which commenced trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 28, 2026, includes a structure involving Class A ordinary shares and rights. Specifically, each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right.
