Columbus Circle Capital Corp. III Announces Completion of $230 Million IPO
New York, NY - Columbus Circle Capital Corp. III (Nasdaq: CCCTU), a blank check company, has officially announced the successful closing of its initial public offering (IPO). The offering consisted of 23,000,000 units, a figure that includes 3,000,000 units issued following the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
The units were priced at $10.00 each, generating gross proceeds of $230,000,000. Trading of the units commenced on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 9, 2026, under the ticker symbol CCCTU.
- Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant.
- Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50.
- Following the separation of units, the shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols CCCT and CCCTW, respectively.
Transaction Details
The company confirmed that the net proceeds, along with capital from a simultaneous private placement, have been placed into a trust account for the benefit of public shareholders. Cohen & Company Capital Markets served as the lead book-running manager, with Clear Street LLC acting as a joint book-runner for the transaction.
