(the "Company") announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, resulting in total gross proceeds of $250,000,000. The units are scheduled to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "BCARU" on July 31, 2025.
