DataMEDS AI Acquires Helomics Cancer Diagnostics Lab

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DataMEDS AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) announced the completion of the acquisition of the artificial intelligence cancer diagnostics laboratory business Helomics Corporation from Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU).

Under the agreement, DataMEDS acquired Helomics for a total purchase value of $1.5 million in common shares and an acquisition note. The transaction includes the Helomics CLIA/CAP-certified clinical laboratory with all equipment, the Predictive Oncology contract research organization central lab services business, and $1.5 million in cash, with no third-party debt.
