Eagle Energy Metals and Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II Complete Business Combination

RENO, NV – Feb. 24, 2026 – Eagle Energy Metals Corp. ("Eagle"), a company focused on nuclear energy with rights to a significant uranium deposit in the United States, has completed its business combination with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II (OTC: SVIIF) ("SVII"), a special purpose acquisition company. The transaction was approved by SVII shareholders on February 23, 2026, and formally closed on February 24, 2026.

The combined entity will now operate as Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp. ("Eagle Nuclear"). Beginning February 25, 2026, Eagle Nuclear's common stock and public warrants will commence trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbols "NUCL" and "NUCLW", respectively.
