Einride Completes Business Combination and Starts Trading on Nasdaq

New York, NY and Stockholm, Sweden - Einride AB, a global technology leader in autonomous and electric freight, announced the successful completion of its business combination with Legato Merger Corp. III. The transaction was approved by Legato shareholders on June 4, 2026.

Following the closing of this deal, Einride's American Depositary Shares (ADS) and warrants are set to commence trading on the Nasdaq stock market under the ticker symbols ENRD and ENRDW, respectively, starting June 10, 2026.
