Evolution Metals & Technologies Joins Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 Indexes
Miami, FL, USA - Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: EMAT), a producer of rare earth permanent magnets and battery materials, has announced its inclusion in both the broad-market Russell 3000 Index and the small-cap Russell 2000 Index. The addition became effective at the opening of U.S. equity markets following FTSE Russell's third-quarter quarterly IPO additions process.
Membership in the Russell 2000 Index provides automatic inclusion in the Russell 3000 Index, exposing the company to a significant pool of institutional and benchmarked assets. Company leadership highlighted that this milestone reflects rapid operational execution since its Nasdaq listing, including advancing its Pohang infrastructure expansion to scale annual magnet production to 10,000 metric tons and establishing initial revenue guidance for fiscal 2027.
Commercial Expansion in South Korea
The index addition coincides with the ongoing commercial expansion of the company's rare earth permanent magnet platform in Pohang, Republic of Korea. Backed by a 750-megawatt electrical infrastructure agreement with KEPCO and upcoming deliveries of sintered magnet production machinery, the company is scaling its manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand.
