Evommune Starts Phase 2b Trial for Migraine Drug EVO756

Palo Alto, Calif., and New York - Evommune, Inc. (NYSE: EVMN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, has officially started its Phase 2b clinical trial for EVO756, a novel oral small molecule antagonist of the MRGPRX2 receptor. The study aims to evaluate the treatment as a prophylactic therapy for patients suffering from refractory migraine.

The Phase 2b trial is a global, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study involving approximately 330 adults who experience six or more migraine days per month. The primary objective is to measure the mean change in monthly migraine days (MMD) from baseline over a 12-week treatment period, with daily doses reaching up to 100 mg.
