Freenome Completes SPAC Merger and Debuts on Nasdaq

Brisbane, CA, USA Freenome Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRNM) has officially announced the completion of its business combination with Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp. The newly combined company, operating under the name Freenome, Inc., is set to commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol FRNM.

The company, which specializes in blood-based early cancer detection, enters the public market with significant capital to accelerate its growth strategy and clinical development. The transaction provides the company with approximately $310 million in gross proceeds, comprising funds from the former trust account of Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp. and a successful $240 million private placement (PIPE).
