("Freenome") has announced a definitive Business Combination Agreement (BCA) with Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp ("PCSC") (NASDAQ: PCSC), a special purpose acquisition company. This transaction is a pivotal step for Freenome to become a publicly traded entity, with the combined company expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol FRNM.

The business combination is anticipated to close in the first half of 2026.
