FrontView REIT Announces Second Quarter Investment Growth and Increased Guidance
Dallas, TX - FrontView REIT, Inc. announced an update regarding its second quarter investment activity, capital markets performance, and an upward revision to its fiscal year 2026 net investment guidance. The company, an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust, continues to capitalize on strong property acquisition opportunities.
The company highlighted significant growth, noting that year-to-date, it has acquired over $92 million in properties. Reflecting confidence in its pipeline and capital position, FrontView REIT has increased its 2026 net investment guidance from $100 million to $110 million.
- Second Quarter Acquisitions: Acquired 17 properties for a purchase price of $58.2 million with a cash yield of 7.34%.
- Second Quarter Dispositions: Sold 10 properties for an aggregate $22.9 million, including 9 occupied properties with a cash yield of 7.12%.
- Year-to-Date Acquisitions: Acquired 27 properties for a total of $92.0 million with a 7.40% cash yield.
- Year-to-Date Dispositions: Sold 15 properties for $32.5 million, with a cash yield of 7.09% on occupied assets.

Capital Markets Update
During the second quarter, FrontView successfully raised $50.5 million in new common equity through its at-the-market program at a weighted average gross price of $19.50 per share. This capital strengthens the balance sheet, providing additional resources to support the company's external growth strategy through 2027.
