New York, NY - FutureCorp Space Acquisition 1 (NYSE: FTRAU) has officially closed its initial public offering, raising gross proceeds of $230,000,000. The company, a blank check entity, successfully issued 23,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. This figure includes 3,000,000 units issued following the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
