General Fusion and Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III Announce SEC Effectiveness of F-4 Registration Statement
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - General Fusion Inc. and Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III (NASDAQ: SVAC), a special purpose acquisition company, announced that their joint registration statement on Form F-4 has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as of June 12, 2026. This significant milestone marks a critical step forward in the companies' proposed business combination.
Spring Valley has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders to vote on the proposed merger on July 6, 2026. The record date for voting eligibility was set for June 12, 2026. Upon the successful completion of the transaction, the combined company will operate under the name General Fusion Group Ltd., with its shares and warrants expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbols GFUZ and GFUZW.
