GigCapital7 Corp. Secures $19.3 Million in Non-Redemption Agreements for Hadron Energy Merger

NEW YORK GigCapital7 Corp. (Nasdaq: GIG) announced today that it has successfully secured non-redemption agreements covering 1,800,000 Class A ordinary shares. This move ensures approximately $19.3 million in additional funding, which will be transferred to the balance sheet of Hadron Energy, Inc. upon the closing of their anticipated business combination.

The company highlighted that these funds, combined with a previously established $7.6 million SAFE bridge note, bring the total equity raised by GigCapital7 for Hadron Energy to roughly $26.9 million. This total significantly surpasses the minimum cash condition of $20 million required by the original Business Combination Agreement.
