Hadron Energy Completes Business Combination with GigCapital7 to Become Publicly Traded Reactor Company

New York, NY - Hadron Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDRN) has officially completed its business combination with GigCapital7 Corp., transitioning the company into a public entity. Following shareholder approval on May 7, 2026, the company began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on May 26, 2026, marking its debut as the first publicly traded light-water micro-modular nuclear reactor company.

The transaction, which involved no debt, secured approximately $31 million in total funding. This capital will support the company's development of the Halo Micro-Modular Nuclear Reactor (MMR). The Halo MMR is a 10 megawatt electric (MWe) transportable, factory-manufactured reactor designed for a 10-year refueling cycle, targeting industrial, data center, and defense applications.
