Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VI Closes $253 Million Initial Public Offering

Miami Beach, FL, USA - Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VI (Nasdaq: IPFXU), a special purpose acquisition company, has announced the successful closing of its initial public offering (IPO). The company issued 25,300,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, generating total gross proceeds of $253 million. This figure includes 3,300,000 units issued following the underwriters full exercise of their over-allotment option.

The company, which targets potential business combinations in disruptive growth sectors across North America and Europe, saw its units begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol IPFXU on March 27, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant.

Transaction Details

  • Total Gross Proceeds: $253 million from the public offering.
  • Private Placement: Concurrent with the IPO, the company completed a private placement of 7,400,000 warrants at $1.00 per warrant, raising an additional $7.4 million.
  • Leadership: The company is led by Chairman and Director Michael Blitzer, CEO Kevin Shannon, and CFO Adam Saks.
  • Underwriters: Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager, with Academy Securities, Inc. serving as co-manager.

Following the transaction, the net proceeds were placed in a trust account. The company expects that, once the securities begin trading separately, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols IPFX and IPFXW, respectively.
