Karman Line Acquisition Corp. Announces Unit Separation

Karman Line Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), is a newly organized blank check company or special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our “initial business combination.” We have not selected any specific business combination target. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities as well as activities related to this offering. Our efforts to identify a potential initial business combination target will focus on companies focused on the creation or expansion of services and capabilities for or tangential to space based infrastructure, with a focus on the aerospace and defense sectors. While we may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry, we expect to focus on sectors aligned with airborne and space platforms and remote sensors, defense technology, mobile communications, broadband connectivity, radar, electronic weapons and countermeasures, Internet of Things and AI and Big Data analytics sectors. Our management team and board have a decades-long track record as domain experts providing strategic, technical, merger and acquisition advice in the space and wireless industries. We believe we are well-positioned to identify businesses that are focused on airborne and space platforms and remote sensors, defense technology, mobile communications, broadband connectivity, radar, electronic weapons and countermeasures, Internet of Things and AI and Big Data analytics sectors.
