ATLANTA, USA KORE Group Holdings, Inc. has officially completed its acquisition by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. and Abry Partners. The transaction marks a strategic transition for the IoT connectivity provider, which will now operate as a private company.
As a result of this acquisition, KORE common stock will cease trading and be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
