Kyiv, Dubai, New York - Kyivstar Group Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed digital operator, has announced robust financial results for the first quarter of 2026, showcasing significant year-over-year growth across key metrics. The company reported a total revenue increase of 26.6 percent to USD 323 million, alongside a 23.5 percent rise in EBITDA, which reached USD 173 million with a margin of 53.5 percent.

Strategic Developments

The group continued to expand its digital ecosystem by integrating the healthcare platform Tabletki.ua and acquiring the internet service provider Shtorm, adding approximately 52,000 fixed-broadband customers. Furthermore, the mobility platform Uklon launched a new travel service for bus bookings, while the national Large Language Model initiative, dubbed Syaivo, advanced following a public vote.

The company also deepened its partnership with SpaceX to provide high-speed internet services for business, with over 5 million customers utilizing Direct to Cell services. Based on this strong performance, management has upwardly revised its 2026 outlook, now anticipating total USD revenue growth of 11 to 14 percent and EBITDA growth of 7 to 10 percent.
