Live Oak V Shareholders Approve Business Combination with Teamshares

NEW YORK, USA - Shareholders of Live Oak Acquisition Corp. V (NASDAQ: LOKV) have officially approved the proposed business combination with Teamshares. The vote took place during an extraordinary general meeting held today, clearing the way for the transaction to proceed.

Upon the expected closing of the deal in the coming week, the combined entity will be renamed Teamshares Inc. The new company is scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbols TMS and TMSWW.
