NewHold Investment Corp. III Shareholders Approve Business Combination with newcleo plc

New York, NY - NewHold Investment Corp. III (NASDAQ: NHIC) announced that its shareholders have approved all proposals related to its business combination with newcleo plc at an Extraordinary General Meeting.

Approximately 93.4 percent of the votes cast were in favor of the combination, representing about 72.4 percent of NewHold's outstanding shares.

The transaction is expected to close on or about September 21, 2026. Following the closing, the combined company will operate as newcleo plc, and its common stock and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbols NWCL and NWCLW, respectively.
