Once Upon a Farm Reports Strong Q2 2026 Results with 42% Revenue Growth
BERKELEY, Calif. Once Upon a Farm, PBC (NYSE: OFRM), a company specializing in organic childhood nutrition, announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported significant top-line expansion, driven by strong distribution gains and increased product volume.
Financial Highlights
- Net sales reached $85.4 million, representing a 42.3% increase year-over-year.
- Gross profit stood at $30.6 million, or 35.9% of net sales.
- Net loss improved to $5.0 million, compared to a $9.0 million loss in the same period last year.
- The company reported an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $1.7 million, down from a $2.0 million profit in the prior year period, primarily due to higher selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses.
The company's CEO, John Foraker, highlighted that the growth was volume-led and supported by expanding household penetration and strong consumer loyalty. As a result of the strong performance in the first half of the year, Once Upon a Farm has raised its full-year 2026 outlook, now projecting net sales between $327 million and $335 million and an Adjusted EBITDA target of $3 million to $4.5 million.
The company also noted a robust balance sheet, ending the quarter with $93.5 million in cash and cash equivalents and zero debt, a significant improvement resulting from the successful IPO proceeds in early 2026.
