Pasqal to Go Public via SPAC Merger with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II, Valued at $2 Billion

Paris, France & New York, NY - Pasqal Holding SAS ("Pasqal"), a global leader in neutral atom quantum computing, and Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II ("Bleichroeder"), a SPAC listed on Nasdaq (BBCQ), have announced a definitive business combination agreement. This transaction is set to take Pasqal public, with the combined entity expected to be listed on Nasdaq. The deal values Pasqal at a pre-money valuation of $2.0 billion and is anticipated to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory and shareholder approval.
