Securitize Appoints Former SEC Director Brett Redfearn as President
Miami, FL. Securitize, the leader in real-world asset tokenization, has officially announced the appointment of Brett Redfearn as the company's new President. Redfearn, who previously served as the Director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Division of Trading and Markets, will also join the Securitize Board of Directors.
In his new capacity, Redfearn will focus on scaling the firm's regulated platform across issuance, trading, and fund administration. His role will involve direct engagement with regulators and exchanges as the company expands its institutional-grade infrastructure for tokenized securities. Redfearn has served as the Chairman of the company's Advisory Board for the past four years, providing him with deep familiarity with its leadership and long-term strategic vision.
