Sharon AI Reports Q1 2026 Results and Continued Infrastructure Expansion

New York, USA, 15th May 2026 - Sharon AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) has announced its financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2026, highlighting strong momentum in its Australian AI Cloud business and a significant expansion of its operational footprint.

The company successfully completed a Nasdaq IPO in February 2026, raising US$125 million. Following this, Sharon AI divested its 50 percent stake in the Texas Critical Data Centers joint venture for approximately US$74 million to reinvest capital into its core Australian operations. The company also announced significant leadership changes, with co-founder and chairman James Manning assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer.
