Sharon AI Secures US$373 Million AI Cloud Service Agreement
NEW YORK - Sharon AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ), an Australian leader in neocloud infrastructure, has announced a major five-year cloud computing service agreement with a global artificial intelligence platform. The deal is valued at US$373 million over the five-year term, with revenue expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027.
Transaction Details:
- Total Contract Value: US$373 million over five years.
- Deployment: The agreement utilizes 2,048 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra B300 GPUs for the initial phase, with potential for further deployments.
- Capacity: Sharon AI maintains a total AI Factory capacity of 132 megawatts (MW), with 120MW now contracted to end customers.
- Infrastructure Growth: The company is on track to upgrade its AI Factory platform to 64,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027.
The agreement strengthens Sharon AI's role in the Asia-Pacific region, supporting Australia's ambition to become a central hub for sovereign AI infrastructure. By enabling access to high-performance computing, the company aims to support both domestic and global AI platforms as demand for scalable infrastructure accelerates.
