We changed our name to Silver Bow Mining Corp. pursuant to a certificate of amendment effective February 18, 2025. On May 27, 2025, we continued into British Columbia under the provisions of the BCBCA. We are domiciled in British Columbia, Canada and maintain a head office in Butte, Montana.
