SOLV Energy Completes Initial Public Offering, Nasdaq Debut

SAN DIEGO, California February 12, 2026 SOLV Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWH), a prominent provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, has announced the successful closing of its initial public offering (IPO). The offering included the full exercise of the underwriters option to purchase an additional 3,075,000 shares at the offering price of $25.00 per share, resulting in the sale of 23,575,000 shares in total.

The company's Class A common stock commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 11, 2026, under the ticker symbol "MWH." Jefferies and J.P. Morgan served as the joint lead book-running managers for this significant offering.
