SANTA CLARA, Calif., USA -- SoundHound AI, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOUN) has successfully completed its acquisition of LivePerson, Inc., creating an omnichannel conversational AI powerhouse. Alongside the transaction close, the company appointed John Collins as its new Chief Financial Officer.
The combined company brings together LivePerson's digital messaging infrastructure and SoundHound's proprietary voice agentic AI, integrating LivePerson's platform into SoundHound's self-learning Orchestrated Agent System (OASYS).
