Southern Cross Acquisition I Corp. Announces Closing of $115 Million Initial Public Offering

New York City, NY - Southern Cross Acquisition I Corp. (NASDAQ: NCOOU) has officially announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 11,500,000 units. The offering, which was priced at $10.00 per unit, generated gross proceeds of $115,000,000. This total includes the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 units to cover over-allotments.

Concurrent with the public offering, the company successfully closed a private placement of 239,300 units, also priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in additional gross proceeds of $2,393,000. The units, which began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 21, 2026, are structured to include one ordinary share, one redeemable warrant, and one right to receive one-fourth of one ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
