Vancouver, BC - Tactical Resources Corp. (TSXV:RARE, OTC:USREF) and Plum Acquisition Corp. III (OTC:PLMJF) have announced significant milestones regarding their upcoming business combination. The companies have received an approval letter from the Nasdaq Listing Center, clearing the path for the common shares of the resulting issuer, to be renamed Tactical Resources Corp., to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol TREO upon completion of the transaction.
