Tamboran Resources Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2026 Operational Highlights

Barangaroo, New South Wales, Australia. Tamboran Resources Corporation (NYSE: TBN; ASX: TBN) released its fourth quarter activities report for the period ended June 30, 2026, highlighting major operational milestones in the Beetaloo Basin.

The company achieved first gas sales from the Beetaloo Basin into the Northern Territory gas network. Furthermore, the Beetaloo Joint Venture successfully completed the largest stimulation program in the basin, featuring three 10,000-foot laterals across 178 stages.

  • Achieved first commercial gas sales from the Beetaloo Basin into the Northern Territory gas market.
  • Completed the Sturt Plateau Compression Facility on time and approximately USD 9 million below budget.
  • Finished the acquisition of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. in May 2026 following court approval.
  • Maintained robust liquidity with USD 240 million in cash and expected near-term inflows as of June 30, 2026.
