Teamshares and Live Oak Acquisition Corp. V File S-4 for Business Combination

V (NASDAQ: LOKV), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, have announced the filing of a joint registration statement on Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This filing is a critical step in the companies' proposed business combination.

Teamshares, which focuses on acquiring companies with $0.5 to $5 million in EBITDA from retiring owners and integrating them into a model where employees earn company stock, intends to become a publicly traded company through this transaction.
