WhiteFiber Completes Acquisition of Two North Carolina Data Center Development Sites and Provides NC-1 Update

NEW YORK, NY, USA -- WhiteFiber, Inc. (Nasdaq: WYFI), a provider of artificial intelligence infrastructure solutions, announced that it has completed the acquisition of two industrial properties in Yadkin County, North Carolina, designated NC-2 and NC-3, for $60 million in cash through its subsidiary Enovum Data Centers Corp.

The newly acquired properties comprise approximately 120 acres and 500,000 square feet of existing warehouse space, located about 55 miles from the company's NC-1 campus in Madison, North Carolina. WhiteFiber plans to retrofit the sites into data center campuses expected to yield an initial gross utility capacity of 60 megawatts, with potential scaling up to 200 megawatts within seven years.

NC-1 Operational Update

WhiteFiber also provided an operational update on its NC-1 campus, noting that switchgear-related commissioning issues briefly interrupted service and delayed full billing. Approximately 35 megawatts of the contracted 40 megawatt IT deployment are now operational, with final work underway for the remaining capacity.
