WhiteFiber Secures $160 Million AI Infrastructure Agreement
New York, May 21, 2026 - WhiteFiber, Inc. (Nasdaq: WYFI), a leading provider of AI infrastructure and high-performance computing solutions, today announced that it has entered into a five-year agreement to provide AI compute infrastructure to an investment-grade technology customer. The deployment is scheduled to be located in the Paris region and will leverage advanced NVIDIA GPU systems.
The contract represents a total value in excess of $160 million over the five-year term, with service expected to commence in July 2026, pending final equipment delivery and acceptance milestones. To support the deployment, WhiteFiber has secured a binding term sheet for project-level financing, expected to close in June 2026.
